Just 20 minutes: that's all it takes to get to the residence from the trainstation.
Take the Bus 15 towards Etats-Unis Fondeyere. Get off at Passerelle Haedens and walk 650 meters. Then, take left on Marquette boulevard and left again in the Jardin Japonais Pierre Baudis. At your right, take the Cheminement André Malraux, walk a bit and the residence will be on your left.
