From startup to success story
Founded in 2014 and acquired by AXA IM in 2019, The Boost Society has established itself in less than five years as France's leading investor, owner and operator of private student residences with its KLEY brand. The Group recently launched its Hife offering of coliving residences for working people and young professionals in life transition.
Our rapid success stems from a pioneering and innovative concept tailored to each target. Our projects are funded entirely from equity, which means KLEY helps boost the economies of the municipalities where we operate. And that is something else we are very proud of.

KLEY Happy Student
KLEY Happy Student, the leading service in the student housing market in France, is for students aged 18 to 27 of all nationalities. 20% of our residences say Hi, Salam, Buongiorno, Salud, Ni Hao. A multi-occupancy living space where work and well-being meet sharing and fun. At KLEY, that's what we call Happy Performance!

Finally, there is a solution to a pressing societal problem. It was certainly time.

Let's open new boundaries
From Saclay to Marseille, from Gentilly to Angers, Caen, Rennes and Toulouse, KLEY Boost your Future already offers 8,400 beds in 22 French cities. By 2026, this figure will have risen to 10,000 beds in 35 residences. The Boost Society is not stopping there with Hife. A new concept in coliving residences, a new offer adapted to all evolving neo-urbanites. In 2023, The Boost Society opened its first Hife coliving residences in Toulouse (Labège) and Gentilly. A total of 7 coliving residences will emerge, with over 1,500 beds by 2026, including an unprecedented location at the foot of Montmartre. And with Europe in their sights... Tomorrow is almost here.
