How do I reserve accommodation?

On the KLEY.fr Internet site, select the residence you're interested in and click "I want to reserve" or click the "Reserve" button in the top right.

Enter all the information about the guarantor and future renter. You will receive an email along with the brochure for the residence, the form you need to fill in and the list of documents required for the file.

We will contact you within 48 hours to talk to you about your search for accommodation and your application.

Then upload the required documents. Once you have uploaded all the required documents, you will be informed if your file has been approved within 48 hours. If necessary, the KLEY team may ask you to provide additional documents before approving your file. You will then receive all the contractual documents.

Electronically sign the renter's and guarantor's contractual documents and initial each page (lease and general terms and conditions of rental, joint and several guarantee form, SEPA direct debit mandate, ERNT [natural risk analysis], comprehensive home insurance, internet usage charter, and the residence's internal regulations).

You can then make the first payment (first month's rent, guarantee deposit, administrative fees) by bank card in your client account.

You will receive confirmation. At this point, all that remains is to arrange a meeting to pick up the keys.

Remember to insure your accommodation and upload the insurance certificate!
